Why We're Qualified to Help You

The Executive Leadership Forum is offered by the Lewis Institute, Inc., founded in 1981. You will work with Dr. Jim Lewis and Dr. Alan Letton, who have a combined 60 years experience as CEO, Consultant, Trainer, Entrepreneur, and Academician. We've worked with executives Alan Mulally, CEO at Ford and Boeing; Chris Richardson, CEO at Square D; and Scott , CEO at Endevco. Simply put, we've been there, done that!

What We're Not

We're not god. We don't have all the answers. What we do have is problem-solving skills, and darned good ones! We've been trained as Engineers and in addition, Jim has a doctorate in psychology, so we know how to deal effectively with people (which is a major part of every organizational problem). We're also not into B.S. You need someone who will tell you like it is. As we like to say, "Do you want us to tell you the truth and hurt your feelings, or lie to you to make you feel good?"

We hold monthly online meetings 8 times a year and face-to-face quarterly. We also publish a monthly executive summary of helpful advice, expert ideas, and news on trends. Stuff you can use!
