The Executive Leadership Forum is offered by the Lewis Institute, Inc., founded in 1981. You will work with Dr. Jim Lewis and Dr. Alan Letton, who have a combined 60 years experience as CEO, Consultant, Trainer, Entrepreneur, and Academician. We've been trained as Engineers and in addition, Jim has a doctorate in psychology, so we know how to deal effectively with people (which is a major part of every organizational problem).
